  • Can take a long time to recover from frustrations and disappointments at work

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand what resilience is and how you can increase it at work
  • Use circles of concern and control to identify what can and can't be changed in any situation
  • Learn how to identify and challenge faulty thinking
  • Identify our own cues and triggers that warn of impending overwhelm and stress
  • Choose supportive thinking strategies to reframe and defuse how we approach challenging situations
  • Practice changing vocabulary and imagery to create more constructive conversations with colleagues
  • Explore the wider context of wellbeing at work and discover a range of tactics and approaches to try
  • Use scaling questions to pinpoint personal areas to develop and to create a personal action plan
