This wellbeing training is designed for anyone who:

  • would like know more about what well-being is and the effect it has
  • is looking for practical ways of enhancing their well-being
  • would like to discover where to start strengthening their well-being and how they can measure their progress

Learning Outcomes

  • Learn what well-being is and how it affects us, in and out of the workplace
  • Explore the connections between self-esteem, work, relationships, emotions, physical and mental health
  • Assess your current state of well-being and identify possible areas to develop
  • Discover simple strategies to enhance well-being
  • Create a well-being development plan

Online training is delivered using digital tools along with video/audio for maximum interaction and learning. You will need a fast, reliable internet connection, Google Chrome and a Zoom account to take part.
