Learning Outcomes

  • Learn how to talk about performance in a constructive, values-led way
  • Try out practical ways to listen actively, even when the conversations may be challenging
  • Use collaborative language for setting and reviewing expectations, objectives, and performance measures (including SMART objectives)
  • Explore ways to prepare effectively for review conversations
  • Discover simple ways to track progress and achievements over time so the whole review process is easier and more effective
