Get a working understanding of what Inbox Zero means and how to get to it
Practice processing messages rather than simply responding
Learn how to use Outlook's* built-in features to support you in managing your inbox
Explore a collection of hacks to cut down on the time it takes to process and compose messages
Use behavioural techniques to help you stay on track over the long term

*Other mail applications can be covered in the training with prior agreement.
